Handmade Woven Yoga Bag

This beautiful yoga bag is made from recycled sari strips tightly woven to make a very strong but attractive bag to hold all your yoga paraphernalia.

It is 85cms long, and 17cms in diameter. It fastens with a zip and has a pocket on the outside as well as another pocket inside. The lining is recycled sari fabric. The strong woven cotton strap is adjustable and measures 5cms wide and 150cms long.

We also have a matching mat available.

The company which makes these is very inspiring as they take in women with problems of all kinds and train them in the skills they need to support themselves and their family. The workshops, in a suburb of Kathmandu, are bright and comfortable and run according to fair trade principles.
